You Choose

  • Indoor Ceremony Location:
  • The Barn side or Loft side of main reception space – choice of indoor ceremony under the grand chandelier with characteristic fieldstone wall backdrop or the Loft side appointed with dramatic oak beam trusses and expansive double height windows bathing the space in natural light and offering views across the lower fields and pond.
  • Outdoor Ceremony Location:
  • Breezeway Lawn – this hilltop location is bordered by a garden stonewall, covered bluestone entrance, and elevated views of rolling hills, fields, the pond and surrounding woods.
  • Schedule the day’s events as you wish with exclusive, private use of the property for the day
  • Choice of Rehearsal Room or After-Party Room (additional charge)

We Require

  • Maximum guest count- discuss with Fox Briar Event Manager
  • Amplified music is not permitted outside. 
  • All amplified music must conclude by 10:00 PM EST
  • DJ or Band is required to use venue sound system
  • Property Maintenance fee- $7.00 per guest
  • COI (certificate of insurance) from all vendors onsite
  • Required to rent the Inn the day before and day of the wedding
    (off season may not be required)
